I trained as a chef in the ’80s, I was a personal trainer in the 90´s, I studied nutrition and naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and finally became a fully certified Health Coach. I spent 20 years going down all the rabbit holes, until I finally fixed me.
